What is the aim of these courses ? >

We focus on getting you to communicate effectively in English.

Producing the language – speaking it and writing it – is often the most difficult part of learning a language. So each day you will have 2 different teachers – one who will review your existing English skills and help you develop new ones; and another who will give you the opportunity to practise everything you have learnt and acquire fluency and accuracy. In this way, half your day will be spent acquiring and reviewing English language skills while the other half will be spent on you practising those skills and producing the language.

We will also ask you to set your goals for the course and these will form part of the aims of your course.

What about the teachers ? >

All teachers are experienced teachers of English as a foreign language and are qualified to Irish Department of Education standards. They are dedicated teachers - dedicated to helping you to communicate effectively in English and to achieve the goals you set for the course.
