Curriculum & Course Structure

We strongly believe that being able to communicate effectively is most important in your language learning journey. Our curriculum is built around the most important functions of the language to help you achieve that. It is also designed to incorporate the goals that students set at the start of their course. Every day you’ll have lessons with 2 different teachers – – this will allow you to get accustomed to variety of accents as well as expose you to different teaching techniques which will maximise your learning.

For the first part of the morning at Elementary (A1) to Advanced (C1) levels of our Standard Course, students will review their grammar knowledge, introduce new grammar points, language points and structures.

For the second part of the morning, Elementary (A1) to Intermediate (B1) students will work on their communication skills, introduce new vocabulary items, idioms, phrasal verbs. Students will have the opportunity to put their new knowledge into practice as well as revise already known language.

For the second part of the morning, at Upper-Intermediate and Advanced level (CEFR B2 and C1) students are invited to choose from electives: Professional English skills (eg. presentations, telephone skills etc) OR Exam Skills (IELTS / TOEFL / Cambridge)

During intensive hour on our Intensive and Super-Intensive courses students will work on English communication skills practice and production: communicative tasks, pronunciation, discussions, debates, speaking, writing

PLUS *2 FREE HOURS* OF TEACHER-ASSISTED STUDY CLUB for our standard and intensive course students.

What is our Free Study Club?

Students on our standard and intensive adult courses can attend 2 hours of Study Club for free each week. During Study Club students are invited to work on their particular goals and language difficulties, there is a teacher on hand to answer any questions and provide students with extra practice and guidance. This is perfect opportunity for students to take initiative in improving language abilities by focusing on language items that are confusing to them or which they feel are causing difficulties.
